Man Utd target Renato Sanches: Bayern figures Big Price tag

Bayern Munich are pushing Manchester United target Renato Sanches towards the exit door and are willing to accept a big loss on the midfielder in order to get him off their books.

The Bundesliga champions pulled off a major coup by signing the Portuguese teenager last summer, with the youngster having impressed both for Benfica and at Euro 2016.

They fought off competition from the likes of United and Real Madrid to secure his signature, but he endured a miserable season in which he started just six league matches.

And now Bild are reporting that he will be allowed to leave the club, with Bayern prepared to let him go for just €35 million (£30.6m).

That fee would represent a huge loss for the Bavarians, who paid an initial €35m last summer alongside a host of additional payments and clauses that added another €45m to the deal.

Also Mourinho is a fan of Sanches and tried to sign him a year ago.

With manager Carlo Ancelotti clearly not rating a player who failed to register a single goal or assist in 17 league appearances, Bayern are keen to offload the 19-year-old before their outlay reaches the €80m figure they are expected to pay over the course of his five-year deal.
